I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Carlos' place. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay, and Carlos' responsiveness and friendly and proactive attitude completes the check-in and stay. I should also mention that the building has 24/7 staff at the door. They are very friendly and helpful too. The building itself is clean, secure, well taken care of, and everybody who lives and works there greets and/or responds to a greeting. I used Rappi to order food. I highly recommend pizza from Morelia! Kimobela for some Arab style food is also quite good.

I enjoyed this apartment A LOT. It is fully equipped with all that is needed, the bed is super comfy and the views spectacular. Loved the fact that it's so close to the beach and Carlos is very responsive and helpful at all times. I really hope to stay again.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Peru. Stylish and comfortable, magnificent view of the ocean watching the sunset from your bed!Buses from every corner bringing you to Barranco or Miraflores. Felt very safe and also nice that Carlos speaks English.. Highly recommend, H.

A really comfortable spot for one or two people. It’s a bit far out from main barranco so you’ll need taxis/car unless you like to walk! Can credit the coffee machine for being outstanding for an Airbnb This isn’t the hosts fault, but the next door neighbor has very active dogs that will bark late into night anytime someone is in hallway. However, it’s not very noisy in apartment. Only in the hallway it’s a bit difficult to focus on unlocking the code with the barking.
